Snoring & obstructive sleep apnea — the DISE protocol
DISE (Drug-Induced Sleep Endoscopy) is a diagnostic procedure that allows the physician to see precisely where and how the airway collapses during sleep. Based on this information, we build a personalized treatment plan — without unnecessary surgery.
One of the few clinics in Serbia that systematically uses the DISE protocol before deciding on surgery for snoring.

Boško Subašić founded the clinic in 2003. Today he is joined by his sons — Dr Aleksandar and Dr Vladimir, both ENT specialists. Three doctors, one family — a continuum of expertise under one roof.
Our own operating room
We perform surgery under general anesthesia in our own operating room, with a top anesthesiologist (Dr. Zoran Gavrić, subspecialist in pediatric anesthesia) and an on-site recovery suite. Set up as a day-hospital.
Tertiary-level equipment
Endoscopy tower, microscope, soundproofed audiometry booth, tympanometer, ultrasound, ECG monitoring, general anesthesia machine, and in-house sterilization.
Appointment within 1–2 days
No long public-health waiting lists. Consultations last up to 30 minutes — enough time to truly understand the problem and propose a plan.
