Our story
The ELITE specialist clinic was founded in 2003 in Sremska Mitrovica, Serbia. The founder is Dr. Boško Subašić, an ENT specialist with 40 years of clinical experience. Today, more than two decades later, the clinic is run by him together with his sons — Dr. Aleksandar and Dr. Vladimir Subašić, both ENT specialists trained at the Clinic for Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery, University Clinical Center of Vojvodina.
Three doctors, one family — a continuum of expertise under one roof. That isn’t just a slogan. It’s why patients always know who will see them, who will operate, and who will follow them up. From the first phone call to recovery, you have an entire ENT team caring for you.
We see around 4,000 patients a year, the majority of whom travel from outside Sremska Mitrovica — from Vojvodina, Belgrade, the Srem region, and also from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Serbian diaspora abroad. That reach isn’t something we claim — it’s what our patients say when they recommend us.

Having our own operating room means having a full surgical team — anesthesiologist, scrub nurses, and anesthesia nurses.
Dr. Zoran Gavrić
Subspecialist in pediatric anesthesia
Dr. Gavrić is our anesthesiologist. His subspecialty in pediatric anesthesia makes our operating room safe even for our youngest patients.
Every procedure under general anesthesia is preceded by a complete pre-operative assessment — no improvisation, with continuous monitoring of vital parameters.
Five nurses and technicians trained as scrub & anesthesia nurses
A permanent team means a patient never faces unfamiliar faces. The same people who greet you at reception are the ones standing beside the surgeon in the operating room and following your recovery in the suite.
